Tell us what you are trying to build or fix
The more specific you are about the business goal and the current problem, the more useful our reply will be. A few sentences is enough to start.
What you get back
- A straight answer on whether we are the right fit
- A recommended next step, even when that is not hiring us
- No sales sequence, no newsletter subscription
- Your details used only to answer your enquiry
Enquiry
Start your project
One short form. We read every enquiry ourselves.
- Describe the business goal, not just the technical request
- Tell us what exists today and what is failing
- Mention any fixed deadline and what is driving it
- Say if you already have a budget range in mind
- Address Gulshan 1, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Email info@deviec.com
If your website is down, compromised or losing orders right now, say so in the first line of your message so we can prioritise reading it.
What happens next
After you send the form
-
We read it properly
Enquiries are read by the person who would do the work, not filtered by a sales team. If your message is detailed, the reply will be too.
-
You get an honest assessment
Whether this is something we should take on, what we would recommend doing first, and where we think the real problem is.
-
A call only if it helps
If the project warrants a conversation, we will suggest one. If it can be resolved in writing, we will not ask you to sit through a call.
Before you write
What makes an enquiry easy to answer well
The most useful enquiries describe a situation rather than request a quote. "Our WooCommerce store slows to a crawl every afternoon and we have started losing checkouts" tells us far more than "we need a quote for a website", and gets a far more useful reply.
If you already have a budget range, saying so saves both of us time. It is not a negotiating position — it lets us tell you immediately whether the goal is achievable at that level, and if it is not, what a realistic version would look like.
