Installation revenue is lumpy and seasonal. Service plans are predictable, they keep engineers busy in the quiet months, and they put you first in line when the customer's system eventually fails. They are also the thing most HVAC websites treat as an afterthought.

Give plans their own page, state precisely what is included and what is not, compare tiers side by side if you offer them, and let someone enrol or enquire without phoning. A customer who has just had a good installation experience is at their most receptive — and that moment is usually wasted because there is nowhere on the site to act on it.

How do we serve emergency and planned customers on one site?
With two visually distinct routes from the homepage onwards. Emergency traffic gets a persistent phone number and coverage confirmation with nothing between them and the call. Planned customers get the browsing journey. The two paths share the site but never compete for the same screen space.
Should we publish installation prices?
Indicative ranges usually help, because a customer with no figure at all assumes the worst and calls a competitor who published one. Full fixed pricing rarely works for HVAC because the survey determines so much. A range plus a clear explanation of what moves the price is the practical middle ground.
Can the site handle a cold-snap traffic spike?
That is a build requirement rather than an afterthought. Proper caching, lightweight pages, optimised images and a host sized for the peak rather than the average. We test the templates under load before launch, because the day it matters is the day you cannot fix it.
