Services

Build it, improve it, or get it working again

Most people arrive here with one of three problems: they need something built, something rebuilt, or something rescued. Each service below explains who it suits, what is included and how the engagement runs.

  • New builds on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and OpenCart
  • Custom applications, portals and integrations in Laravel, CodeIgniter and PHP
  • Redesign, speed work, fault diagnosis and ongoing care
  • White-label delivery for agencies that need capacity

Which service do you need?

Choose by the problem, not the technology. If you are launching or replacing a site, start with WordPress development, ecommerce development or website redesign. If the site exists and is failing, start with website fixes. If what you need has users who sign in, permissions and records that change, start with web application development. If you are not sure whether bespoke software is the right answer at all, start with custom web development. If you are an agency looking for delivery capacity, start with white-label development.

  • Every engagement begins with a written scope and a stated set of exclusions
  • Platform recommendations are made during discovery, not assumed beforehand
  • Care plans are optional and quoted separately from build work

Common questions

About working with us

How do you price work?
Fixed scope for standard builds, a fixed-price discovery phase where the requirement is genuinely uncertain, and a monthly retainer for care plans. We do not publish a universal price list, because the same brief can differ several-fold in cost depending on content volume, integrations and migration complexity. You get a written figure after discovery, before any build work starts.
What is the smallest project you take on?
Repair and diagnostic work can be a single focused engagement. Full builds need enough scope to justify a proper discovery stage, otherwise you are paying for process rather than outcome. If a project is too small for us to add value, we will say so rather than take it.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Hosting, domain, analytics and platform accounts stay in your name. Custom code written for your project is transferred to you on final payment, and we hand over documentation with it. We do not build in a way that makes it hard to leave.
Do you use page builders?
Only when a client specifically requires one for their own editing workflow. By default we build custom templates, because page builders add weight, slow the site down and tend to trap content in a format that is painful to move later.
Can you work with our existing designer?
Yes. We regularly build from another studio's designs, and we will flag anything in a design that will cause accessibility, performance or maintenance problems before we build it rather than after.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe the situation in your own words. We will tell you which service it is, or tell you honestly that it is not something we should take on.
